The Community Engagement phase of the Governance Review has now been completed. Six meetings in five communities were held. Community feedback has now been collated and a Community Engagement Report has been prepared. Below you find links to those reports. The Trust is inviting feedback on the report by 7 September. Once feedback is received it will be collated with the original report and will form part of the advice that is being prepared for the Minister for State/Local Government Relations so that she can make an informed decision on any proposed changes to how the outback is governed. The outback community will be kept up-to-date with any proposals for change before they are made.
